Class Q Success

Bourne Rural secured planning permission in 2017 for the change of use of an agricultural building to a residential use - under Class Q.  As you can see, the results are impressive.  

The client kept control of budgets and had strong input on design creating two dwellings which are now rented out providing a good income stream for the overall farming enterprise.
